Learning Objectives:
- This workshop is designed to help improve your understanding of safe and efficient shoulder movement.
- Basic concepts for posture, breathing, and the mechanics of correct arm/shoulder movement will be discussed.
- Exercises will be taught to facilitate functional shoulder strength and range of motion.
- Application of all concepts and exercises will be put into a 20-30 minute class for a concept review and demonstration of how to utilize the exercises for an effective upper body exercise program.
