This course is designed to teach the Basic Pilates Matwork exercises and more..Its a combination of four separate workshops and will include:
Breathing techniques, Posture Awareness, Fundamental "pre-Pilates" exercises for functional stabilization, alignment, and proper muscle recruitment, 22 Basic Matwork exercises with modifications and guidelines for working with special populations, guidelines for teaching, cueing, and spotting clients, and an outline to teach a Basic Mat class.
